The best cultivation of green tea is: 27°~31° north latitude, 15°~20°C average annual temperature, and more than 1200 mm average annual precipitation. Different from traditional green tea cultivation, the tea leaves used to produce matcha must be picked and covered in shade for more than 20 days and grown in a dark environment where the sun is blocked by 90%. At the same time, insect traps are used instead of pesticides (safe and healthy). This planting method changes the nutritional composition inside the tea, greatly increases the theanine in the tea, and allows more chlorophyll to be synthesized in the leaves, reducing the bitterness of the tea. As a result, the tea made has a fresh taste, green color, and rich nutrition., with a faint scent of seaweed. The company is located in Lugu-Lishui, Zhejiang, China (27°~28° north latitude, average annual temperature 12°~18°C, average annual precipitation of more than 1300 mm). It is a company integrating tea planting, processing, scientific research and development, and domestic and foreign trade. Lishui is well-known across the country for its good mountains, good water and good air. High mountains and clouds produce good tea. The good ecological environment has become the foundation of our development.
